Sprouted from my Master’s Thesis in 2023, Café 808 is one of my cherished works. At the intersection of Hip-Hop Theater and Immersive Theater, Café 808 is a visualization of how audiences’ subjectivity can disrupt the trajectory of the performance. Using choreography, freestyles, and battles, Café 808 shifts, and the performance trajectory shifts from night to night. Giving each night a new experience.
